Priority 1 Air Rescue teaches all aspects of emergency response for pilots and aircrews in order for their unit to provide Search and Rescue (SAR), Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), and Tactical Law Enforcement (LE) missions. We provide Transport Canada, EASA, CASA, and FAA compliant Part 133 Class D Human External Cargo (HEC) training worldwide for Fire/Rescue services, SAR teams, Utility/Industry personnel, Commercial Part 135 Operators, Law Enforcement Agencies and Domestic/International Military units. Our training courses have been successfully delivered and employed in real world situations by well over 3000 students worldwide.

We currently have over 100 qualified personnel comprised of Helicopter SAR/Special Operations Instructors, Hoist System Operators, Flight Paramedics, and Rescue Specialists all employed as either program managers, training division personnel or operational 24/7 SAR Aircrews for Commercial Part 135 Air Ambulance/SAR Programs.

Priority 1 Air Rescue’s Instructors have proven field experience from the emergency service community and are qualified to provide helicopter training services to customers in over 23 different aircraft types.  We offer the most comprehensive SAR and tactical mission training solutions in the industry.

All our SAR Instructors and Aircrew are FAA Part 133 Class D Human External Cargo qualified and are dedicated in providing unparalleled capability and service.

Priority 1 Air Rescue helicopter rescue training courses also meet and exceed the JAR OPS 3 requirements for Helicopter Hoist Operation (HHO).
