How
to Place An Order:
1. On
our secure website, using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express
credit card. Just add items to your shopping basket and then proceed
to the checkout.
2. Fax your orders 24 hours a day to 604-532-4329.
3. Mail your order to: Priority 1 Air Rescue, 19585 45A Avenue, Surrey,
British Columbia, Canada V3S 0L7
Note: When faxing or sending your order be sure to include the following
information:
>Product Code numbers and product descriptions.
>Item quantity, size, color, and markings if applicable.
>Complete ship-to address. A physical location is required for
UPS shipments.
>Contact name and daytime telephone number.
>Method of payment: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express

Terms:
We
accept:VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or Prepayment By Certified Cheque.
>Minimum order requirement is $100.00.
>U.S. or Canadian Dollars.
We
process all orders within 24 hours. Delivery takes net 30 days,
depending on the shipping method you choose and availability
of stock.
If
an item is on back order, you will be contacted within 48 hours
advising of the projected availability of the product. We will
proceed with processing the available product from your order
unless you advise us immediately to ship the entirety of the
order upon release date. (Please note that shipping charges will
apply for each shipment sent). |

States:
Orders will be shipped collect to the customer via ground carrier (customer
will also be responsible for any duty or customs fees). Please contact
us at info@priority1airrescue.com for estimated shipping charges or to
arrange for courier pickup on a business account.
International:
Orders will also be shipped freight/duty/customs collect. It is important
that you specify the type of carrier preferred (email us at info@priority1airrescue.com).
Otherwise, we will ship via the most economical air freight carrier.
Door-to-door service or door-to-airport service should also be specified.
* Please remember to provide:
>a physical street address for the delivery destination. A
Post Office Box address can only be utilized when shipping via
the Postal Service.
>a daytime number and contact name at the delivery destination
in the event a question arises pertaining to your order.

Return
Policy:
All returns
must be authorized by Priority 1 Air Rescue. Please email us at info@priority1airrescue.com.
Approved returns must be shipped freight prepaid and must contain
the Priority 1 Air Rescue Return Authorization Number.
Custom printed orders are not returnable, so please ensure correct size
and color selection when ordering.
There is a 15% Restocking Fee on merchandise accepted back into inventory.
Special Order items (products ordered on your behalf), are not returnable. |

and survival equipment nature. Inherent to all rescue and survival
