External Load Training

Priority 1 Air Rescue’s External Load training course teaches pilots and aircrews involved in external load missions the comprehensive training including pre-flight planning, special rigging, loading precautions, and standardized flight preparations to be taken if both the helicopter crew and third parties are to be protected from undue risk.

Our External Load training course has been successfully used for the construction industry, logistics support such as transporting and positioning navigation towers to remote areas, firefighting, deploying maritime oil-spill pollution prevention equipment and transporting cargo to offshore vessels/vertical replenishment.
